Today will be last day to write this blog.One assignment down,3 more to go.WooOOwWWw!!!that is quite a lot.I will try my best to finish it one by one as soon as possible..wAaAahHhh!!!
I had this conversation with my uncle this evening:
Zyk :Hey uncle!how are you?long time did not see u.
Uncle Udin :Hey Zyk.I'm fine dear.how are you and your boyfriend?(rolling his eyes).Zyk :We are good, uncle.
Uncle Udin :How's your boyfriend?the last time we met u said he's out of a job.Is he working already?
Zyk :Ya.Alhamdulillah currently he is working with Standard Chartered Bank in Kuala Lumpur.
Uncle Udin :That's good for both of u.The sooner u guys will get married..(teasing me)
Zyk :InsyaAllah uncle.Right now just concentrating on my studies first.Ok uncle,i got to go now.see u later.take care.send my regards to auntie,and kak zeera.
Uncle Udin :I will.U take care too dear.
The above conversation,my uncle was using "Euphemism" to make it sound better rather than saying my boyfriend was 'unemployed' he used 'out of a job'.
Later today,i went to Sunway Pyramid to search a birthday present for my brot
her,i asked my sister to accompany me and she refused saying that "for the past few days,it has been raining heavily,i'm sure it will rain heavily today.In this situation,she was applying the "Hasty Generalization" as she do not have enough instances which she conclude that the condition will exist and happen again.
Finally,tonight i did not know what to do..while resting,what else can i write in this BCT blog..let me think,..hHmmmMm..
Since i really do not know what to write,better for me to do "Freewriting" so i can use the freewriting idea later to generate new idea or solving my problems.Let me close my eyes for a seconds and try to write down as many words as i can that i am thinking of..

Monday,another monday.I had my presentation.It went smoothly and as planned.So far,the lecturer commented that our presentation is quite good.I'm quiet happy.
Since my next class is at 5,me and my friends decided to go to Alamanda to have our lunch.Since i'm driving,i used my "Implicit knowledge"to get to Alamanda as i usually go there.Without noticing that time passed by very quick,we left from Alamanda at 4.I have to rushed to class since the class start at 5.Luckily i made it...:)
On that night,me and my boyfriend went to Taman Tun to have our dinner with few of his friends.He fetched me at my house.When i entered his car,he said "Sayang,u look like a rose".He is using "simile" as he compared me to a rose to say that i look beautiful.
Ya..tomorrow i have presentation to do n here i am compiling the assignment and preparing on what to present tomorrow..hMMm...i think i have to start to manage my time correctly to avoid last minute work.As for that,i am going to apply what i have learned from Critical Thinking subject on "Brainstorming technique"..
-First, i have to generate as many solutions to my problem that is on how to arrange and manage my time properly.
-Second , i have to think out side the box meaning that any crazy ideas that comes in my mind i have to write it down.
As for my problem,i have to know and write down what are the causes that i failed to manage my time properly such as cut down my entertainment time,avoid from doing my assignment last minute,find as many sources for my assignment as soon as possible and don't take things easily and for granted.
-I have to schedule my timetable properly so that i can balance my studies and my personal life.Maybe i can fully concentrate on my studies,assignments,exams on weekdays and have fun with my family and friends on weekends.Or maybe i can directly start doing my assignment when lecturers ask me to do it on the day itself rather than doing it last minute.
-As for exam, i should start studying and revising now rather than wait until the final exam is near.I think i also need to consult lecturers more often whenever i have doubt and hardly understand the subject.I HAVE TO DEFINITELY DO A TIMETABLE AND ARRANGE MY TIME PROPERLY IN ORDER FOR ME TO SUCCESS.And i found out that brainstorming technique really works and helped me a lot in solving a problem and generating ideas.I learned a lot from Critical Thinking.
Today is a Saturday.My close friend and i decided to go to One Utama Shopping Complex.She agreed to fetch me at 2 pm sharp. She was 15 minutes late and i was not ready yet.When i entered her car she got angry that i was late.She said "Why are u late?i've been waiting for 10 minutes".Then i answered "I am late?i am not late.You are the one who arrive here late". She is using "Tu quoque" that she points out the same fault she's accusing me. After the long argument, we both realize that we were both late and laughed it off.She shopped a lot since she just received her salary for this month.My stomach was making noises,then i said to my friend "you look very nice and different today,would you buy me lunch?".She agreed and we both had lunch at T.G.I Friday.I am using"Ad populum appeal to vanity" or apple polishing. We really had a great time together and i arrived home at 9:30 pm.I spend the whole night watching television and went to bed at 11:00.
-Today,i had a presentation for Advance English subject.Luckily my sore throat and fever getting better and i have my voice back.I could not imagine how am i going to present this evening..i reached MMU at 1:00 p.m from my house,as i drives to class everyday.I went to my group mate's room in hostel to discuss about the presentation.After we finished our discussion,we had a chat.She told me that she has 3 dogs back in her hometown,Malacca.She named them Tommy,Mimi and Elly.Everytime she got back home,her dog will wait for her.She will play with her,and feed her.I'm confused..Huh?which one?Tommy?Mimi?or Elly?I asked her which one,then she said Mimi.I was like "oowwhhhh..." now i get the picture.She was using "Fallacy of Ambiguity" that makes me lose track of which one was she talking about.Then, we get ready for our presentation.Our presentation went well.
-11th April 1981 was the date where my parents got married.Which means today is their anniversary. We had a barbeque at my auntie's place to celebrate it.I am so thankful to ALLAH that HE gives HIS blessings to our family.All my relatives were there.My cousin fried kuey teow for us.She insist us to taste her kuey teow "Hey,you must taste the kuey teow,it is very delicious".Of course she said it taste good because she's the one who fried it.Then we played some games.Those who loose will be penalized.I lost in one of the games,they asked me to drink 5 glasses of apple juice i said "Please don't make me drink 5 glasses of apple juice,i will go to toilet frequently,i will have stomach ache and cannot sleep.Please..pretty pleaseee...".I was using "Ad Populum appeal to pity" also known as "Ad misericordium". Then they just asked me to cleaned the mess after the party.After all,i had a great time spending my time with my relatives and again Happy Anniversary mama and papa.May ALLAH bless both of you.Amin.
What a day!i missed my amazing Critical Thinking class last thurday and i just found out that i have to start blogging during the day itself and i just missed my 1day of writing the blog!i'm dead!Sorry Madam Aznur.I will show u my MC this monday.I promise.:)..i try my best to remember what i did on thursday.Yes,i had bad sore throat and fever, so my mother took me to Klinik Pakar Chin.The doctor said my sore throat is quite bad due to infection.He also advised me not to take spicy food. If i take spicy food,my sore throat will be worse,then i will have no voice and worse of all i will be admit to hospital.Then i realize he was applying ad populum fallacy that is "ad populum appeal to indirect consequences" or "slippery slope argument" and another term is "Dominoes theory ".
He advised to finish all the medicine that he prescribed especially the antibiotic if i want to get better.So,i'm assuming that if i did not finish my antibiotic my sore throat will not cure or will be worse.i went back home,ate my medicine and took my rest as i felt very weak.
